Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship to MS or UT and all AL shipments must be delivered to an ABC store. We Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or Military addresses. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the allotted time frames that we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase

Divinely Elegant Vines Wine Purchase Policy

At Divinely Elegant Vines, we are committed to providing you with exceptional wines crafted with care and quality. To ensure clarity and consistency in our customer interactions, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, tasting room, or events.
1. All Sales Are Final
• Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, except as required by law.
• This policy applies to all wine products, merchandise, and related items sold by Divinely Elegant Vines.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following resolution:
• Store Credit: Customers may receive store credit equal to the value of their original purchase. Store credit can be applied to future purchases made in our tasting room or online store.
• Exchange: If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may exchange it for a replacement product of equal value.
3. Conditions for Store Credit or Exchange
• Requests for store credit or exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
• Products must be returned unopened, with original labels intact, and in the same condition as delivered (except for defective or damaged items).

5. Exclusions
