Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from our Green Room
Vineyard (Napa)– located on Howell Mountain, one of the world’s finest growing areas for Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes. The 2019 growing season in Napa Valley was ideal. The grapes for our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon were hand-picked at just 1.0 tons per acre at optimal ripeness. Picking was done on October 5th and brought into the winery in the late morning. The grape bunches were then hand-sorted before being run through our crusher/de-stemmer. The wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, to make the wine fully balanced and full of flavors, specifically showing aromas of blackberry and cocoa.
